Gabriela Basma is a talent acquisitions and development specialist supporting the talent acquisition department and the training and development department at the Urban Institute. She is a human resources professional with previous experience as a human resources generalist and administrator in the manufacturing, broadcasting, and retail industries. She has a master’s degree in human resources management from Nova Southeastern University.
