Linda Argueta
Senior Media Relations Manager
There is no denying the facts. Nonpartisan research gives us the opportunity to connect people across party affiliations with the common goal of creating good, sound policy that will benefit the American public. I’m eager to promote Urban’s data to the media, because I believe the best decisions are made by informed individuals.

Linda Argueta is a senior media relations manager at the Urban Institute, where she works to grow the organization’s visibility in the media and leverage the voices of its researchers. Prior to joining the Urban Institute, Argueta worked at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she developed strategic messaging that helped put Pew’s data in the frontline of policy conversations. At the National Wildlife Federation, she also led communication efforts in several national and local campaigns to restore and protect wildlife. Argueta earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
