Tiffani Berry is a senior manager at the Urban Institute, where she is responsible for the management and administration of benefits in addition to leave administration. Before joining Urban, she worked as a senior benefits administrator for a nonprofit health care system. Berry completed her PHR certification and holds a master of science degree in human resource management.
